Purpose

This Intellectual Property Agreement confirms ownership and usage rights for creative, technical, business, marketing, product, game, content, design, brand, or software work created for Ebí.

Work Covered

Covered work may include logos, illustrations, graphics, UI designs, product images, videos, website content, app content, source code, game mechanics, marketing copy, advertising material, documents, presentations, strategy material, vendor content, product descriptions, and any other deliverables created for Ebí.

Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all work created specifically for Ebí and paid for by Ebí belongs to Ebí upon full payment. This includes rights to use, edit, publish, reproduce, distribute, display, sell, license, and adapt the work across Ebí’s website, app, marketplace, games, advertising, social media, investor materials, vendor materials, and future products.

Originality

The contributor confirms that work provided to Ebí is original or properly licensed, does not knowingly infringe another party’s rights, and does not contain unauthorized copyrighted material, trademarked material, confidential material, or restricted third-party assets.

Third-Party Materials

If the contributor uses stock images, fonts, icons, templates, AI-generated assets, plugins, libraries, or third-party materials, the contributor must disclose them to Ebí and confirm that Ebí has the right to use them for the intended business purpose.

Portfolio Use

The contributor may not publicly display confidential or unreleased Ebí work without Ebí’s written approval. Portfolio use of approved public work may be allowed only with Ebí’s written permission.

Confidentiality

The contributor must protect Ebí’s confidential information, including unreleased products, strategies, platform features, customer data, vendor data, financial information, and game or reward systems.

Signatures

Ebí / Ebibuy and the contributor should sign a final reviewed copy before relying on this agreement for a paid project or transfer of rights.
